Shipping costs are borne by the supplier unless otherwise specified.
The Shipping is done by express courier (DHL, TNT or UPS). The delivery will be made from Monday to Friday in the time between 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. If at delivery moment, the Customer should not be at home, the courier will leave a notice and will attempt a second delivery of the product. Even if the second delivery is performed to the absence and / or unavailability of the Customer, the product will be filed with the local branch of the courier where will be withdrawn by the Customer.
Delivery of the products is carried out throughout the country and abroad. If you fail to collect within 5 working days of the goods in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the Customer must pay the courier costs of storage delivery product is exclusively "front-facing". Upon delivery of the product the Customer has to check with the carrier the integrity of the packaging and of the goods. Any damage and / or breakdown to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier at the time of delivery, adding to the transport document the mark: "DAMAGED GOODS (specify the damage) RETIRING WITH RESERVE". Within 8 days of receiving the goods the customer must report the damage to the carrier by registered mail with return receipt with the express request for damages refund.
